Objective To explore the effects of ginkgo leaf dripping pills plus hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) therapy on cognitive function of patients with delayed encephalopathy after acute CO poisoning (DEACOP). Methods Seventy-two DEA-COP patients were assigned to two groups according to random number table,control group received HBO plus glucocorticoid and vitamin C,research group was plus ginkgo leaf dripping pills on the basis of the treatment for control group,and they were observed for 30 days. Cognitive functions were assessed with Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale (MoCA),neurologic impairments with the Neurological Functional Deficit Scale (NFDS),mental states with the Mini Mental Status Examination (MMSE),and activities of daily living with the Activity of Daily Living Scale (ADL) and Fugl-Meyer Assessment (FMA). Results After treatment the MoCA,MMSE,ADL and FMA scores of both groups were significantly higher compared with pretreatment (P<0.01),so were those in research than in control group (P<0.01);the NFDS scores of both groups were significantly lower (P<0.01),so was that in research than in control group (P<0.01). Conclusion Ginkgo leaf dripping pills plus HBO therapy have an evident effect in the treatment of DEACOP,could effectively boost patients' cognitive function and activity of daily living,and notably improve mental state and neurologic impairments.%目的 探讨高压氧联合银杏叶滴丸对急性CO中毒迟发性脑病患者认知功能的影响.方法 将72例急性CO中毒迟发性脑病患者采用随机数字表法分为两组,对照组予以高压氧联合糖皮质激素以及Vitc进行治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合银杏叶滴丸治疗,观察30 d.采用蒙特利尔认知测定量表评定患者的认知功能,神经功能缺损测定表评定患者的神经功能缺损情况,简易智能精神状态测定表评定患者的精神状态,日常生活能力测定表以及简易运动功能测定表评定患者的日常生活能力.结果 治疗后两组蒙特利尔认知测定量表、简易智能精神状态测定表、日常生活能力测定表及简易运动功能测定表评分均显著高于治疗前(P<0.01),研究组较对照组升高更显著(P<0.01);治疗后两组神经功能缺损测定表评分显著低于治疗前(P<0.01),研究组较对照组下降更显著(P<0.01).结论 高压氧联合银杏叶滴丸治疗急性CO中毒迟发性脑病患者疗效显著,可有效提高患者的认知功能以及日常生活能力,显著改善其精神状态以及神经功能缺损情况.
