Objective:To explore the relationship between inhibitory function and perfectionism characteristic in patients with anorexia nervosa (AN).Method:Seventy-two AN patients (AN group) and 51 sex-,age-and education-matched healthy controls (HC group) were assessed by eating attitudes test (EAT-26),eating disorder examination questionnaire (EDE-Q),Barratt impulsiveness scale (BIS-11),behavioral inhibition/activation system scale (BIS/BAS) and Frost multidimensional perfectionism scale (FMPS),and behavioral detected by stop-signal task (SST).The resules were compared between the two groups;and the correlation between the scale scores and behavior index were analyzed.Results:The correct rate of "Go task" and the incubation period of "stop processing" of SST in the AN group were significantly lower than those in the HC group (all P ＜ 0.05).The scores of BIS/BAS behavior inhibition system,total score of FMPS and subscales scores including concern over mistakes,doubts about actions,personal standards and parental criticism in the AN group were obviously higher than those in the HC group (P ＜0.05 or P ＜0.01).In the AN group,the behavior inhibition system score was positively correlated with unhealthy perfectionism (P ＜ 0.05).However,there was no significant correlation between the SST results and these scales.Conclusion:Excessive suppression and perfectionism characteristic may constitute the cognitive phenotype of AN patients.%目的:探讨神经性厌食症(AN)患者抑制功能与完美主义特质的关系. 方法:对72例AN患者(AN组)及年龄、性别、受教育年限相匹配的51名健康对照者(HC组)进行饮食态度调查表(EAT-26)、进食障碍调查问卷(EDE-Q)、Barratt冲动性量表第11版(BIS-11)、行为抑制/激活系统量表(BIS/BAS)、Frost多维完美主义心理量表(FMPS)心理评估和信号停止任务(SST)行为学测试;比较两组量表得分和行为学指标差异,并做相关性分析. 结果:AN组SST中的Go任务正确率和停止加工的潜伏期明显低于HC组(P均＜0.05);BIS/BAS中的行为抑制系统得分、FMPS总分及其中担心错误、行为迟疑、个人标准、父母批评等因子分明显高于HC组(P＜0.05或P＜0.01);AN组BIS/BAS行为抑制系统得分与不健康完美主义呈正相关(P＜0.05);SST结果与各自评量表评分无相关. 结论:过度抑制和完美主义特质可能共同构成了AN患者的认知内表型.
