儿童蜂窝肺的研究进展

     

摘要

Honeycomb lung is a lung disease with numerous cystic airspaces resulted from complete loss of acinar architecture and bronchiolectasis caused by pulmonary fibrosis. Honeycomb lung is characterized by cystic airspaces surrounded by fibrosis or granulomata and lined by metaplastic bronchiolar epithelium or hyperplastic alveolar epithelium. High resolution computerized tomography shows clustered cystic airspaces, typically of comparable diameters on the order of 3-10 mm, are usually subpieural. Honeycomb lung is now used to describe the end stage of pulmonary fibrosis, and mostly seen in usual interstitial pneumonia. Tills article reviews the recent progress of honeycomb lung in children.%蜂窝肺是由于肺纤维化导致肺泡结构破坏及细支气管扩张,从而形成了众多的囊肿性气腔.蜂窝肺在病理上表现为含气的囊状腔隙,内壁为细支气管上皮或化生的立方样上皮细胞覆盖,周围为纤维组织或肉芽肿组织围绕所形成的囊壁.在高分辨率CT上表现为直径约为3~10 mm的含气囊腔成簇存在,胸膜下为著.蜂窝肺是肺纤维化的终末期表现,常见于普通型间质性肺炎中.本文综述目前蜂窝肺的研究进展.
