关于儿童肾脏疾病的某些思索

摘要

Great successes have been achieved on the pediatric renal diseases under the guidance of The Group of Nephrology, Chinese Pediatric Society, Chinese Medical Association for the past thirty years. Especially that evidence-based guidelines and related interpretation for the diagnosis and treatment of common renal diseases in children were published from 2009 to 2016 unifies and standardizes the diagnosis and treatment of common pediatric renal diseases. However there are some divergences and doubts in clinical practice, and the author makes some reflections on some aspects of the clinical application.%近30年来,在中华医学会儿科学分会肾脏学组的带领下,儿科肾脏病事业全面、规范、快速发展,取得了诸多成就,特别是2009年至2016年相关儿童常见肾脏疾病诊治的循证指南及其解读文稿的发表,统一和规范了儿科临床常见肾脏疾病的诊断和治疗.但临床解读也存在一些分歧和疑义,作者就临床某些方面结合自己的部分理解进行一些思索.
