Objective To investigate the effect of treatment of the lower segment of tibial fracture with pretibial soft tissue injuries by percutaneous minimally invasive plate fixation. Methods Twenty-six patients of lower segment of tibial fracture with pretibial soft tissue injuries underwent percutaneous minimally invasive fixation. Results All 26 cases got follow-up time of 12~20 months. All cases of fracture were healing. The Olerud-Molander function score showed 13 patients were excellent, 11 good, and 2 fair. Conclusions Posteromedial percutaneous minimally inva-sive fixation for the treatment of lower segment tibial fractures with pretibial soft tissure injuries is a good method with less trauma, fixed firmly, lower fracture nonunion rate and lower infection rate.%目的:探讨经皮微创后内侧固定治疗伴有胫前软组织损伤的胫骨下段骨折的疗效。
