Objective To investigate; the importanee of fundus examination before excimer laser refractive surgery. Methods The fundus of 1611 eyes, whose; dioptre; was -0. 50D to -21.00 D, were examined by preplaeed-mirror oph-thalmoseopy or three mirror contact lens under papillary dilation. The results were recorded and the patients were given corresponding treatment. Results Various retinal degeneration were found in 237 eyes ( 14. 71 %). The; incidence of retinopathy is 17. 17% in the; low myopia group, 12. 46% in the; me;elium myopia group, 14. 07% in the; high myopia group, 23. 03% in the; super-high myopia group. The incidenee is not statistieal dlifference ( P >0. 10). The most retinopathy was loeated in the supertempral quadrant(40. 18%). Conclusion It is ncecssary to earefully examined the retinopathy andl treatment of any retinal lesion predisposing to the development of a retinal detachment before exeimer laser refractive surgery.%目的 探讨准分子激光手术前对周边视网膜病变检查的临床意义.方法 对欲行近视准分子激光手术808例(1611只眼)散瞳检查眼底,详细记录检查结果,分析病变类型与屈光度的关系,对有眼底病变者给予相应处理或建议.结果 1611只眼中检查发现有视网膜异常或病变的173例(265只眼),总体视网膜病变检出率14.71%.低度、中度、高度、超高度近视组视网膜变性检出率分别为17.17%、12.46%、14.07%、23.03%.4组只眼底视网膜病变检出率差异没有统计学意义(Wilcoxon秩和检验,u=1.1547,0.10展开▼
