改良角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉的临床观察

摘要

观察改良式自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉疗效。方法回顾性总结我院自2010年10月至2012年10月翼状胬肉病例，共23例（37只眼），行翼状胬肉切除＋改良式角膜缘干细胞移植术。结果37只眼均取得了良好疗效，手术成功率100％，随访1年，治愈率94．6％，复发率5．4％。结论改良式自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉疗效满意，方法简单，具有临床推广价值。%Objective To investigate the efficiency of progressive limbal stem cell autografting to treat pterygium . Methods Totally 23 patients (37 eyes) with pterygium were treated with progressive limbal stem cell autografting from October 2010 to October 2012.Results All surgeries were successful .The cure rate was 94.6%and the recurrence rate was 5.4%.Conclusion Progressive limbal stem cell autografting is an effective technique to treat pterygium .It could be advocated for wide clinical use because of low recurrence rate , simple technique and short surgery time .
