儿童异常瞬目与干眼症相关因素观察

摘要

目的：探讨儿童异常瞬目与干眼症的相关因素。方法对2011年1月至2013年12月在我院接受治疗的50例异常瞬目患儿，检查患儿的视力、病史、角膜染色、泪膜破裂时间，并给予患儿对症治疗。结果30例患儿主诉灼热、眼干，5例患儿主诉眼痒，2例患儿主诉眼红，13例患儿无不适主诉。 BUT检查强阳性总共42例，阳性总共8例。12例患儿7 d内治愈，20例患儿14 d内治愈，5例患儿21 d内治愈；8例患儿28 d内治愈，其余患儿缓解后未复诊，对患儿进行随访，患儿的症状均消失。结论干眼症是儿童异常瞬目的重要原因，因此患儿要定期接受干眼症相关检查，给予患儿角膜保护剂和人工泪液疗效显著。%Objective To explore the risk factors related to children's abnormal blinking and dry eye symptoms. Methods Author studied 50 children with abnormal blinking and visited our clinic between January 2011 and December 2013.Author analyzed visual acuity, medical history, Results of corneal staining and tear film break-up time.Patients received symptomatic treatments.Results Heartburn ( n =30), dry eye ( n =30) were the most common complaints. Other complaints included itchy eyes ( n =5) and red eye ( n =2).In 13 patients there was no subjective symptom.BUT was strongly positive in 42 cases and positive in 8 cases.Symptoms subsided within 7 days in 12 patients, between 7~14 days in 20 patients, between 14~21 days in 5 patients, and between 21~28 days in 8 patients.Symptoms disappeared in all patients after sufficient follow-up.Conclusion Dry eye is an important reason for children with abnormal blinking. These patients should receive regular examinations for dry eye and be given corneal protection agents and artificial tears.
