白内障超声乳化术加人工晶状体植入联合小梁切除术治疗白内障合并青光眼的疗效分析

摘要

Objective To explore the effects of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation combined with trabeculectomy in the treatment of cataract with glaucoma.Methods Eighty-four cases (n=84) with cataract with glaucoma were Included from Oct 2014 to Oct 2016, randomly divided into two groups, fourty-two(n=42) respectively.The control group were treated with hacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation.Nevertheless,trabeculectomy was combined in the test group.Results No significant differences in the intraocular pressure and functional vision were found between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment ,both intraocular pressure and functional vision of the test group were significantly improved compared to the control group (P<0.05.In addition,the complication rate of the test group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05, 7.1% and21.4% respectively.Conclusions Phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation combined with trabeculectomy is effective and worthy to spread in the treatment of cataract with glaucoma.%目的 探讨白内障超声乳化吸除人工晶状体植入联合小梁切除术用于白内障合并青光眼治疗的临床效果.方法 本次研究对象来源于我院眼科2014年1月至2016年1月收治的白内障合并青光眼患者84例(84只眼),随机分组,各42例,其中对照组采用白内障超声乳化吸除人工晶状体植入治疗,观察组基于对照组加用小梁切除术治疗,比较两组临床效果.结果 两组术前眼压及视力对比无显著性差异(P>0.05),术后观察组眼压明显低于对照组与本组术前,视力明显高于对照组与本组术前(P<0.05);对照组并发症发生率为21.4%,高于观察组7.1%(P<0.05).结论 白内障超声乳化吸除人工晶状体植入联合小梁切除术治疗白内障合并青光眼可明显降低眼压并改善视力,值得推广.
