角膜塑形镜配戴对儿童青少年轻中度近视疗效及安全性分析

摘要

目的 探讨青少年轻中度近视患者配戴夜戴型角膜塑形镜后近视的疗效及安全性.方法 对我院246例配戴角膜塑形镜的轻中度近视患者的疗效、安全性进行分析.结果 246例患者裸眼视力在戴镜后1周后(0.96±0.08)较戴镜前(0.26±0.06)显著升高(P<0.01),在之后1个月(0.99±0.03)、3个月(0.99±0.02)、6个月(1.00±0.01)、1年(1.00±0.01)裸眼视力稳定.近视屈光度戴镜后1周后(0.57±0.81)较戴镜前(2.9±1.26)显著降低(P<0.01),在之后1个月(0.27±0.28)、3个月(0.12±0.04)、6个月(0.06±0.02)、1年(0.02±0.01)屈光度未见升高.1年内并发症发生率为11.79%,均得到控制,未造成严重后果.结论 高透氧材料制成的角膜塑形镜镜能有效矫正近视,不会造成患者太多不适症状,并发症发生通过及时干预得到治愈.%Objective To evaluate the safety and effects of overnight orthokeratology to correct and control myopia development in adolescents with mild to moderate myopia.Methods 246 myopia patients aged 8~18 years who had worn overnight ortho-k contact lens (1.00~5.75DS, mean 2.9±1.26 DS) for one year.Visual acuity, refraction and ocular surface health were assessed before and at 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months after lens wearing.Results One year of overnight ortho-k lens wearing reduced myopia significantly.Visual acuity and refraction improved at all follow-up time points (P<0.01).No serious ocular surface complication was found during the follow-up.Conclusions Long-term orthokeratology can effectively improve visual acuity, reduce myopia and control the development of myopia.
