全程护理对多发性骨髓瘤化疗患者应对方式及希望水平的影响

摘要

Objective To investigate the effect of the full care of receiving chemotherapy on the coping strategies and hope level of receiving chemotherapy of multiple myeloma (MM) with patients .Methods 68 cases of multiple myeloma pa‐tients were randomly divided into observation group(n=34) and control group (n=34) .The patients in control group were given with chemotherapy during routine care .The observation group were given with full care .The Jalowies coping scale in‐tervention ,Health hope scale ,WHO quality of Life of two groups were evaluated with Jalowies coping scale intervention , Health hope scale ,WHO quality of Life scale (WHO QOL -BREF) before and after the application .Results The alliative , escape ,fate ,relying on self and other scores of control group were higher than the observation group(t= 4 .852、4 .713、4 .889、5 .012 ,P<0 .05) ,and optimistic in the face ,to seek support ,emotional catharsis score of control group were lower than the observation group(t=4 .986、4 .002、3 .985、4 .182 ,P<0 .05) .The hope level of observation group after intervention were higher than control group after the intervention (t=6 .032 ,P <0 .05) .The physiological ,psychological field ,social field ,the field of environment and overall quality of life score of observation group were higher than control groups after the intervention (t=5 .316、6 .627、5 .184、5 .220、8 .936 ,P<0 .05) .Conclusion full nursing intervention can effectively improve chemotherapy for multiple myeloma patients coping style and desired level of disease ,improve confidence in the treatment of patients ,improve the quality of life of patients .%目的：探讨全程护理对多发性骨髓瘤（M M ）化疗患者应对方式及希望水平的影响。方法将68例M M 化疗患者，按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，各34例。对照组化疗期间给予常规护理。观察组化疗期间给予全程护理。干预前后应用Jalowies应对方式量表、Herth希望量表、WHO生存质量测定量表（WHO QOL －BREF），对两组应对方式、希望水平及生存质量进行评价。结果对照组干预后姑息、逃避、宿命、依靠自我评分高于观察组，而乐观、面对、寻求支持、情感宣泄评分低于观察组（P＜0．05）。观察组干预后希望水平总分、生理领域、心理领域、社会领域、环境领域评分及总生存质量评分高于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论全程护理干预能有效提高M M 化疗患者疾病应对方式及希望水平，提高患者治疗信心，改善其生存质量。
