Objective Based revelation "black swan" event application results in hospital care crisis risk management . Methods Inspiration hospital care crisis on the basis of risk management since september 2014 in the hospital implementa‐tion of the"black swan"event ,before and after administration of nursing care hospital emergency crisis management capabil‐ity ,nursing crisis incidence , care crisis event rates and the quality of care nursing professional identity differences . Results After the"black swan"event enlightenment care crisis risk management based on the work carried out ,the hospital nursing care crisis emergency management capabilities ,the quality of nursing care crisis rates ,nurses professional identity were significantly higher than the previous conduct ,care crisis event rate was significantly lower than before the commence‐ment ,the difference was statistically significant (P<0 .05) .Conclusion The"black swan"event enlightenment used in hos‐pital care crisis risk management work ,improve hospital nursing care crisis emergency management capacity ,reduce the likelihood of nursing crisis events ,improve the quality of care and nursing crisis of professional identity of nurses .%目的：研究基于“黑天鹅”事件的启示在医院护理危机事件风险管理中的应用效果。方法我院自2014年9月在全院推行“黑天鹅”事件启示基础上的护理危机事件风险管理工作，比较管理前后全院护理人员的护理危机事件应急管理能力、护理危机事件发生率、护理危机事件护理质量评分以及护理人员职业认同感的差异。结果基于“黑天鹅”事件启示的护理危机事件风险管理工作开展后，全院护理人员的护理危机事件应急管理能力、护理危机事件护理质量评分、护理人员职业认同感均显著高于开展前，护理危机事件发生率显著低于开展前，有显著性差异（P＜0．05）。结论将“黑天鹅”事件的启示应用于医院护理危机事件风险管理工作中，可提高医院护理人员护理危机事件应急管理能力，降低护理危机事件发生率，提高护理危机事件护理质量及护士职业认同感。
