双侧侧脑室外引流及腰穿逆行冲洗治疗全脑室铸型出血

摘要

Objective To evaluate of efficacy of bilateral ventricle drainage combined with irrigation through lumbar puncture in total intraventricular hemorrhage. Methods 20 patients with total intraventricular hemorrhage were admitted from January 2007 to March 2009. with bilateral ventricle drainage and irrigation inversely through lumbar puncture. Results The cleanup speed of intraventricular hemorrhage were (5.10 ± 2.02) days in the experiment group. Conclusion Bilateral ventricle drainage combined with irrigation inversely through lumbar puncture may be an effective method in the treatment of total intraventricular hemorrhage.%目的 探讨双侧侧脑室外引流及腰穿逆行冲洗治疗全脑室铸型出血疗效.方法 对我院20例全脑室铸型出血患者随机分为两组,实验组行双侧侧脑室外引流及腰穿逆行冲洗.对照组单行双侧脑室外引流;观察两组脑室内血肿清除时间并评定效果.结果 实验组脑室内血肿清除时间为(5.10±2.02)d,治疗4周后评分为20.80±12.05.结论 双侧侧脑室外引流及腰穿逆行冲洗是治疗全脑室铸型出血行之有效的方法.
