便携式视频显微镜在经耳前颞叶底入路解剖研究中的应用

摘要

目的：应用便携式视频显微镜进行经耳前颞叶底入路的解剖研究。方法新鲜和灌注固定的成人尸头标本各3例（6侧），经耳前游离骨瓣开颅，在便携式视频显微镜下解剖并观察中颅底和岩斜区。结果便携式视频显微镜经耳前颞叶底入路能够清楚、逼真地暴露中颅底和岩斜区。结论便携式视频显微镜经耳前颞叶底入路能够完成中颅底和岩斜区的显微解剖。%Objective To apply portable video microscope to the anatomical study of preotic subtemporal approach .Methods Preotic free bony flap craniectomy was made on perfused and fresh human adult cadaveric heads , three specimens ( six sides ) respectively , the middle skull base and the petroclivus were dissected and observed using a portable video microscope and through the preotic subtemporal approach .Results The middle skull base and the petroclivus were exposed clearly and lifelikely through portable video microscopic preotic subtemporal approach .Conclusion Micrergy using portable video microscope can work in the preotic subtemporal approach to the middle skull base and the petroclivus .
