Objective To observe and evaluate the effects of different pressing methods for elderly patients after intravenous infusion, and to explore the right way to reduce the adverse reactions. Methods One hundred cases of elderly patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. Experiment group ( n = 50) was treated with modified pressing method after intravenous infusion. The control group (n=50) was treated with conventional method. Results Compared with the control group, the experiment group had significantly lower rate of local pain, bleeding back and congestion (F<0.01). Conclusion Modified pressing method can help improve the success rate of puncture, reduce pain, improve nursing quality , and promote relations between nurses and patients.%目的 观察和评价老年患者静脉输液拔针后不同按压方法的效果,以进一步探求减少老年患者静脉穿刺点局部不良反应的正确按压方法.方法 100例需要进行静脉输液的老年患者随机分2组.试验组(50例)采用改良式按压法；静脉输液完毕,先拔针,采用手掌部大鱼际肌按压穿刺部位输液贴,并抬高手臂,按压时间为3～5 min,本次试验取4min.对照组(50例)采用传统式按压法:静脉输液完毕以输液贴按压穿刺点,迅速拔出针头,在局部按压穿刺点,时间同试验组.结果 两组的局部疼痛、回血、淤血率比较有统计学差异(P＜0.01),试验组的局部疼痛、回血及淤血发生率明显低于对照组.结论 改良式按压法对保护静脉、提高护士再次穿刺的成功率、减轻患者痛苦、提高护理质量、促进护患关系具有重要意义.
