目的 观察晚期食道癌行同步放化疗的效果,探讨护理干预对晚期食道癌患者行同步放化疗的护理效果.方法 选择晚期食道癌患者100例,随机分为观察组与对照组各50例,观察组行同步放化疗,对组照行单纯放疗.对行同步放化疗的患者进行护理干预.结果 观察组有效率为86%,对照组有效率为62%,同步放化疗者均完成治疗,达到预期效果.结论 行同步放化疗患者,通过护理干预和积极的对症治疗,避免和减少了并发症的发生,提高了患者的生存质量.%Objective To observe the effect of concurrent chemotherapy and radiotherapy for advanced esophageal cancer, and to investigate the effect of nursing intervention on esophageal cancer patients in advanced stage treated with concurrent chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Methods One hundred esophageal cancer patients in advanced stage were randomly divided into two groups: observation group and control group, 50 cases in each. Patients in the observation group were treated with concurrent chemotherapy and radiotherapy while those in the control group received radiotherapy alone. Nursing intervention was performed to the patients treated with concurrent chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Results The effective rate in the observation group and in the control group were 86% and 62% respectively. All patients treated with concurrent chemotherapy and radiotherapy finished the whole course of treatment and achieved the desired effect. Conclusion After nursing intervention and positive symptomatic treatment, patients treated with concurrent chemotherapy and radiotherapy had less probability of complication occurring and higher survival quality.
