完全胸腔镜下二尖瓣置换术的手术配合体会

摘要

Objective To evaluate the operative cooperation during the MVR under total thoracoscope. Methods Two patients who received the MVR under thoracoscope in our hospital were selected and their operative cooperation were summarized. Results Two patients had a favorable operation in the course. The patients were followed up regularly and they were well recovered. Conclusion Good perioperative and skilled cooperation nursing in the process can assure early recovery of the patient.%目的 探讨胸腔镜下二尖瓣置换术患者的手术配合.方法 选择本院2例行完全胸胸镜下二尖瓣置换术的患者,总结其术中配合.结果 2例患者术程顺利,定期随访,患者恢复良好.结论 完善的围手术期护理,术中熟练的配合能保证患者术后尽早康复.
