呼吸道专职护士在人工气道患者呼吸道意外中的应急对策及效果

摘要

Objective To improve the ability of dealing with the emergent conditions in artificial airway of full- time respiratory nurses. Methods A series of routine measures suitable for full - time respiratory nurses to process the emergent conditions in the patients with artificial airway were designed. When the accident happens, full - time respiratory nurses would resolve the problems under the guidance of doctors and these measures. Results When the accident happens, fulltime respiratory nurses would resolve the problems successfully under the guidelines of a series of processing strategy. It will improve the ability of dealing with emergent conditions of full - time respiratory nurses and decrease the accidents harmfulness to the patients. Conclusion It will improve the ability of dealing with emergent conditions in artificial airway of full - time respiratory nurses when carrying out the efficient processing strategy to the airway accident, and it will also decrease the accident's harmfulness and relieve the nursing dispute.%目的 提高呼吸道专职护士在人工气道患者呼吸道意外中的应急处置能力.方法 针对呼吸道专职护士,对人工气道患者常见意外制定一套常规的应急对策,在意外发生时,由呼吸道专职护士配合医生进行处理.结果 呼吸道意外发生后通过采取一整套合理高效的应急对策,提高了呼吸道专职护士风险发生后的应急处置能力及业务水平,减轻了风险发生后给患者带来的危害.结论 实施有效的呼吸道意外发生应急对策,对提高呼吸道专职护士对突发事件的应急处置能力、减少患者伤害和护理纠纷发生起到了重要作用.
