胆道术后黄疸病因分析及治疗

摘要

Objective To explore the etiology of postoperative jaundice in bile duct and treatment. Methods Retrospective clinical analysis was made in 31 cases in our hospital from 2003 to 2009. Results 6 of 31 cases were non - obstructive jaundice and 25 were obstructive jaundice.The commonest reason included retained calculus and ampullary cancer and the injury of bile- duct.Conclusion A timely diagnoses and effective therapeutic methods were needed for jaundice following postoperative of bile- tract.%目的 探讨胆道术后黄疸发生的原因及治疗措施.方法 回顾性分析2003～2009年31例胆道术后黄疸的临床资料.结果 胆道术后非梗阻性黄疸6例;梗阻性黄疸25例,以残余结石、壶腹部周围癌、胆管损伤致狭窄常见.结论 胆道术后黄疸应及时明确诊断,采用有效的治疗方法.
