老年患者直肠癌组织中CD44v6、nm23蛋白表达与淋巴、肝转移的关系

摘要

Objective To investigate the relationship of CD44v6, m 23 protein expression and lymph, liver metastasis of the elderly rectal cancer. Methods A random sample of 179 cases of the elderly rectal cancer surgery cases in our hospital from July 2005 to June 2009 were detected by immunohistochemistry to study the relations between CD44V6, nm23 and lymph nodes and liver metastases, etc. Results The rectal cancer CD44V6, nm23 expression were closely linked with liver metastasis (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion CD44V6, nm23 can effectively predict the cancer metastasis.%目的 探讨老年人直肠癌组织中CD44v6,nm23蛋白表达与淋巴、肝转移的关系.方法 随机抽取本院2005年7月～2009年6月收治的179例行手术治疗的老年直肠癌患者,均做过免疫组化检测,研究CD44v6,nm23与淋巴、肝转移等情况的关系.结果 直肠癌组织中CD44v6,nm23的表达与肝转移有密切关联(P<0.05).结论 CD44v6,nm23可以作为有效预测直肠癌的转移的指标.
