PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a reagent and to provide a method for easily and efficiently detecting the lymph channel and the sentinel lymph-node receiving lymph flow from a cancer tissue without using an isotope and independently of the metastasis of the cancer by observing the cancer tissue and its surrounding tissue.;SOLUTION: The detection reagent for the lymph channel and the sentinel lymph-node receiving lymph flow from a cancer tissue contains a fluorescent substance having a structure composed of one cyclic skeleton selected from chlorin ring skeleton or porphyrin ring skeleton or composed of 2-8 repetition of the cyclic skeletons.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
