影像学对脑白质营养不良继发精神障碍的应用价值探讨

摘要

目的 探讨影像学(CT、MRI)对脑白质营养不良继发精神障碍的作用.方法 对23例患者采取CT、MRI检查并与临床和实验室检查分析.结果 23例患者15例经临床影像综合诊断得到定位诊断结果,其中10例行MRS检查,均表现脑内代谢产物异常.结论 影像学对脑白质营养不良继发精神障碍的检查非常重要,且对临床治疗、用药有一定的指导作用.%Objective To explore the role of brain imaging such as CT and MRI in leukodystrophy and secondary mental disorders. Methods All of the 23 patients received CR and MRI examinations. The clinical and laboratory results were analyzed. Results Fifteen patients received clinical imaging examinations. Among them, ten received further MRS examinations. The results showed that all of the ten patients had abnormal cerebral metabolite. Conclusion Imaging is very important to the diagnosis of leukodystrophy and secondary mental disorders. Besides, it plays a role in the clinical treatment and medication.
