METHOD FOR RELAYING POST ISSUANCE APPLICATION OF OPEN PLATFORM SMART(IC) CARD

A method for relaying post-issuance applications of an open platform smart card is provided to enable clients of the smart card to personally make/trade a desired smart card application with other clients. A server stores the smart card applications to a database by each theme, purpose, and directory(220). When a requestor client is connected to, the server provides a smart card application search window to the requestor client. The server checks the smart card applications matched with a keyword inputted to the search window by linking with the database and displays checked smart card application information to the requestor client(230). If the requestor client selects and requests more than one smart card application, the server provides the request client with the requested smart card application through the wired/wireless network(250). The server requests settlement for the provided smart card application to the requestor client.
