重型颅脑损伤患者鼻饲并发症的观察及护理

摘要

目的 探讨重型颅脑损伤患者鼻饲行肠内营养时并发症的观察与护理.方法 对116例重型颅脑损伤患者鼻饲行肠内营养的并发症进行分析,给予针对性的护理措施并观察效果.结果 116例患者中,腹泻16例,便秘10例;反流现象4例,堵管1例;经积极的治疗护理后,患者均无不良后果.结论 应针对重型颅脑损伤患者行肠内营养时并发症的发生原因给予针对性护理措施.%Objective To explore the complications of nasogastric enteral nutrition in the patients with severe craniocerebral injury and to summarize the related nursing.Methods Complications of 168 severe craniocerebral injury patients with nasogastric enteral nutrition were analyzed,and targeted nursing measures were applied for these patients.Results Among 116 patients,16 patients had diarrhea,10 patients had constipation,4 patients had reflux and one patient had obstructed tube,and all these patients were cured without adverse reactions after positive treatment and nursing.Conclusion According to the reasons of complications caused by nasogastric enteral nutrition,the targeted nursing measures should be applied for patients with severe craniocerebral injury during the process of nasal feeding.
