目的：探讨舒适护理在经皮肾输尿管镜碎石取石术中的应用价值。方法将168例行经皮肾输尿管镜碎石取石术患者采用随机数字表法随机分为观察组（n ＝84）和对照组（n ＝84）。2组均采取相似手术方法，术后对照组给予常规护理，在此基础上，观察组给予舒适护理。观察2组护理3 d 后舒适度、满意度、护理前后抑郁评分及护理3 d 后并发症发生情况。结果护理后，观察组患者的满意度和舒适度均显著高于对照组（P ＜0．01），并发症发生率显著低于对照组（P ＜0．05）。与护理前比较，2组护理后的焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分均有显著下降（P ＜0．01），但观察组显著低于对照组（P＜0．01）。结论实施经皮肾输尿管碎石取石术后给予舒适护理可以增加患者的舒适度和满意度，降低抑郁症状和并发症发生率，值得在临床护理中广泛应用。%ABSTRACT:Objective To explore the application of comfort nursing in treatment of patients with percutaneous nephrolithotomy lithotripsy.Methods A total of 168 patients received percuta-neous nephrolithotomy lithotripsy were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 84 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with the same surgical approach.Patients in the control group received routine postoperative nursing and patients in the observation received comfort nursing additionally.The depression scores before and after nursing,comfort degree and satisfactory degree toward nursing and complications 3 days after nursing were observed.Results The comfort degree and satisfactory degree toward nursing in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P <0.01),and the incidence rate of complications was obviously lower than the control group (P <0.05).The scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS)decreased when compared with those before nursing (P <0.01),and the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion Application of comfort nursing in treatment of patients with percutaneous nephrolithotomy lithotripsy can increase the comfort degree and satisfactory degree toward nursing, reduce the depressive symptoms and the incidence of complications,so it is worthy of widely applica-tion in clinical practice.
