目的：探讨小剂量肝素持续泵注在血液透析护理中作用。方法选取110例血液透析患者为研究对象，对照组55例予常规护理，观察组55例加用小剂量的肝素持续泵注，观察治疗后相关指标变化情况。结果对照组低血压、失衡综合征、脱水、致热源反应、溶血、严重局部血肿发生率均高于观察组，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）；对照组非常满意及总满意度均低于观察组，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）；2组在ATPP、PT、Hb、显效上比较差异无统计学意义（P ＞0．05）。结论小剂量肝素持续泵注能提高血液透析患者护理满意度，降低并发症发生率。%Objective To investigate the role of continuous pump infusion of low-dose hep-arin in patients with hemodialysis.Methods A total of 110 hemodialysis patients were divided into two groups,the control group with 55 patients was treated with conventional care,and the observa-tion group with 55 cases was given continuous infusion of small dose of heparin,changes of relevant index after treatment were observed.Results The incidences of hypotension,disequilibrium syn-drome,dehydration,heat-induced reaction,hemolysis,severe local hematoma in the control group were higher than that in the observation group ,the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05).The highly satisfaction degree and the total satisfaction in the control group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).But there was no significant difference in ATPP,PT,Hb and efficacy in two groups(P >0.05).Conclusion Con-tinuous infusion of low-dose heparin can improve patient nursing satisfaction,and reduce the inci-dence of complications.
