目的 探讨围术期快速康复综合护理对于单孔胸腔镜下肺叶切除患者的临床效果. 方法 回顾性分析本院实施单孔胸腔镜肺叶切除术患者68例的临床资料,将68例患者随机分为观察组(n=34)和对照组(n=34).观察组给予围术期快速康复综合护理,对照组给予常规护理.结果 观察组住院期间术后并发症发生率低于对照组,护理工作的总体满意率高于对照组.无手术死亡患者,经积极对症治疗及精心护理, 68例患者均康复出院.结论 经单孔胸腔镜下肺叶切除术围术期的快速康复护理具有减轻患者疼痛,疗程短,恢复快和住院时间短等优点.%Objective To study the perioperative comprehensive rapid rehabilitation care for single hole thoracoscopic lobectomypatients.Methods Clinical data of 68 cases with single-hole thoracoscopic lung resection were retrospectively analyzed, and were randomly divided into observation group(n=34) and control group(n=34), given perioperative rapid rehabilitation comprehensive nursing and routine nursing, respectively.Results Observation group had lower incidence rate and higher nursing satisfaction, and there were no died patients and all 68 patients were recovered after actively symptomatic treatment and careful nursing.Conclusion Single hole thoracoscopic pulmonary lobectomy is featured by relieving pain, shorten treatment courses, rapid recovery and shorter hospitalization time.
