双心路径护理模式在冠状动脉旁路移植术患者围术期护理中的应用

摘要

：Objective To investigate the application value of psychocardiological nursing pathway in perioperative care of patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting surgery(CABG). Methods 〓According to the sequence of hospital admission, 108 patients in the control group undergoing CABG were given routine care at the perioperative period, and another 119 patients in the observation group were received psychocardiological nursing pathway. The Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)at hospital admission, day of surgery and 7 days after the surgery was evaluated respectively. The health promoting behavior of patients was evaluated by Health Promoting Lifestyle Profile-Ⅱ(HPLP-Ⅱ).The incidence of adverse cardiovascular conditions was compared between two groups. Results 〓Patients in the observation group had a lower score of SAS compared with those in the control group at day of surgery and 7 days after surgery respectively(P0.05)before discharge from hospital. Patients in the observation group achieved a higher HPLP-Ⅱscore compared with those in the control group(P0.05). The incidence rates of angina and arrhythmia were lower in theobservation group than those in the control group(P0.05). Conclusion 〓The psychocardiological nursing pathway is effective to relieve the negative emotion of patients undergoing CABG, improve the health promoting behaviors and reduce the risk of adverse cardiovascular conditions after the surgery.
