围术期综合护理干预对骨科手术患者的临床疗效及心理影响

摘要

目的 探讨骨科手术中对患者进行围术期护理干预的临床效果及对心理健康的影响.方法 选取骨科手术患者120例进行研究,按照随机数字法将其分为对照组和观察组,各60例,对照组患者采用围术期常规护理干预,观察组患者实施综合护理干预,观察对比2组患者的手术前后心理状态及疼痛感,心理状态和艾森克个性问卷采用汉密顿焦虑量表(HA-MA)进行评定,采用龚氏法对数据进行统计和分析.结果 观察组患者治疗后发生焦虑的情况显著低于对照组(P＜0.05),观察组患者在控制情绪激动、情绪波动及愤怒方面显著优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 围术期综合护理模式应用在骨科手术患者中,能减少忧郁等不良情绪的发生,减轻患者的疼痛感,对治疗和预后都有积极作用,值得在临床中推广.%Objective To study effect of perioperative nursing on psychology and clinical curative efficacy in patients with orthopedic surgery.Methods A total of 120 patients with bone surgery were divided into control group and observation group according to random numbers method,with 60 cases in each group.Control group was treated with conventional perioperative nursing intervention,while observation group was treated by comprehensive perioperative nursing intervention.Psychological state,pain,psychological state and eysenck personality questionnaire results using Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) were observed,Gong's method was used for data analysis.Results The observation group had lower anxiety state after treatment than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The observation group had better emotion control,mood fluctuations and anger than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Perioperative comprehensive nursing model in orthopedic surgery patients has obvious effect,and it can significantly reduce bad emotions,and relieve pain.So it is favorable in treatment and prognosis,and is worth popularization in clinic.
