目的 探讨耳穴埋豆联合艾灸护理方法对于促进胃肠道手术患者术后肠功能恢复的效果.方法 选取90例胃肠道手术患者进行分组研究,根据患者入院单双日顺序将其分为观察组和对照组,每组45例.对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上联合耳穴埋豆、艾灸,比较2组的护理效果.结果 观察组治疗总有效率为91.11％ (41/45),高于对照组的73.33％ (33/45),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组患者干预后的肛门排气时间、首次排便时间、肠鸣音恢复时间及腹胀评分4项指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 在胃肠道手术患者的护理中联合耳穴埋豆与艾灸,能够加快患者术后肠功能恢复,并推动和谐护患关系的建立,值得在临床推广应用.%Objective To explore the effect of auricular buried beans combined with moxibustion on promotion of recovery of intestinal function after gastrointestinal surgery.Methods A total of 90 patients with gastric and intestinal surgery admitted in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group according to admission order,with 45 cases per group.The control group was treated with conventional nursing,while the observation group applied auricular buried beans therapy and moxibustion in combination on the basis of conventional nursing,and nursing effect of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group [91.11％ (41/45) vs.73.33％ (33/45),P ＜0.05].The anus exhaust time,the first defecation time,the bowel sound recovery time and the abdominal distention score of the patients in the observation group were all superior to that of the observation group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Auricular point bean-burying therapy and moxibustion for patients with gastrointestinal surgery can accelerate recovery of the intestinal function after operation and promote harmonious nurse-patient relationship.So it is worthy of popularization in clinic.
