Objective To study application of linkage health education combined with home self-care in patients with chronic diabetes and its effect on blood glucose control.Methods A total of 120 patients with chronic diabetes mellitus treated in our hospital were divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group,given linkage health education combined with home self-care,and routine nursing intervention,respectively.The quality of life,blood glucose and disease control were observed and compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results There was no significant difference in the quality of life between the two groups before nursing (P ＞ 0.05).The quality of life after nursing of two groups was higher than nursing before,and the study group was higher than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).At 6 months after discharge,the fasting blood glucose and the 2 h postprandial blood glucose were significantly higher in the control group when compared to the nursing before (P ＜ 0.05),and the study group was lower than nursing before and the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The effective rate was higher in the study group than the control group (98.3％ vs.73.3％,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Linkage health education joint home self-care can effectively control blood glucose levels and disease development,and improve patients'quality of life,so it is worthy of clinical promotion.%目的 研究分析联动式健康教育联合居家自我护理在糖尿病患者中的应用及对血糖指标控制效果的影响.方法 选取本院接受诊治的120例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为研究组和对照组,每组各60例.对照组患者实施常规护理干预,研究组患者采用联动式健康教育联合居家自我护理.观察并对比2组患者护理前后生活质量、血糖指标及病情控制情况.结果 实施前,2组生活质量评分差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);护理后,2组患者生活质量SF-36评分均高于护理前,且研究组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).出院后6个月,对照组患者空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖均高于出院时,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),而研究组低于出院时及对照组(P＜0.05);研究组患者的病情控制有效率为98.3％,高于对照组的73.3％,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 联动式健康教育联合居家自我护理能有效控制血糖水平和病情发展,提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广.
