多镜联合在胆道结石治疗中的应用

摘要

Bile duct stones are a common disease in clinical practice in China,and due to a high incidence rate of complications and complex causes,its clinical diagnosis and treatment has become a difficult problem which needs to solved urgently.With the development of science and technology and the enhanced knowledge of this disease,many treatment methods for this disease have emerged.This article summarizes the successful experience in the treatment of bile duct stones in the Center for Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Therapy for Biliary and Pancreatic Diseases in our hospital.With reference to the type and distribution characteristics of bile duct stones,a combination of various endoscopic techniques,such as laparoscopy,choledochoscopy,and duodenoscopy,can achieve the goal of minimally invasive,diverse,and individualized diagnosis and treatment and provide feasible thoughts and strategies for the treatment of bile duct stones.%胆道结石是我国临床常见疾病之一,因其并发症发生率高、病因复杂而成为临床诊治亟待解决的难题之一.随着科学技术的不断进步以及对疾病认识的持续深入,胆道结石的治疗也呈现出多种手段并举的局面.总结大连医科大学附属第一医院胆胰疾病中西医结合诊疗中心治疗胆道结石积累的成功经验,根据胆道结石的不同类型及分布特点,采用腹腔镜、胆道镜、十二指肠镜等多镜联合的治疗方式,以实现微创化、多元化、个体化的诊疗目的,为胆道结石的治疗提供行之有效的思路和诊疗策略.
