Objective To analyze the effect of clopidogrel combined with Astragalus Danshen pills on levels of cytokines in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods Patients with coronary heart disease in this hospital were selected as study subjects,and they were randomly di-vided into control group and observation group,patients in control group were given with clopidogrel for treatment and patients in observation group were administrated with clopidogrel combined with Astragalus Danshen pills for treatment,and levels of inflammatory cytokines,von Willebrand factor,number of vascular endothelial cells and cardiac function were observed and compared. Results ①After treatment,the blood levels of CRP and TNF-αin patients of observation group were significantly decreased than those of patients in control group( P <0. 05). ②After treat-ment,levels of vWF and CEC in patients of observation group were significantly lower than those of patients in control group( P <0. 05). ③The value of heart function index in patients of observation group was significantly higher than that of patients in control group( P <0. 05). Conclu-sion Clopidogrel combined with Astragalus Danshen pills have positive clinical effect,they can effectively decrease the levels of inflammatory cy-tokines in patients with coronary heart disease,reduce von Willebrand factor and number of vascular endothelial cells in turn improve the value of cardiac function index.%目的：分析氯吡格雷联合芪参益气滴丸治疗对冠心病患者的细胞因子水平影响。方法选择126例冠心病患者作为研究对象，随机分为两组，每组63例。对照组单纯接受氯吡格雷治疗，观察组接受氯吡格雷联合芪参益气滴丸治疗。比较两组患者的炎症因子水平、血管血友病因子（ vWF）及血管内皮细胞（ CEC）数及心功能等差异。结果①观察组患者治疗后的C反应蛋白（CRP）及肿瘤坏死因子α（TNF-α）值均明显低于对照组患者（ P ＜0.05）。②观察组患者治疗后的vWF及CEC水平均明显低于对照组患者（ P ＜0.05）。③观察组患者治疗后的各项心功能指标值均明显高于对照组患者（ P ＜0.05）。结论氯吡格雷联合芪参益气滴丸可有效下调冠心病患者的炎症因子水平，减少血管血友病因子及血管内皮细胞数，提高心功能指标值，具有积极的临床意义。
