目的探讨人类乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染及信号转导与转录活化因子3(STAT3)、细胞因子信号转导负调控因子3(SOCS3)的表达与乳腺癌发生发展的关系。方法收集2007~2010年手术切除的乳腺癌、癌旁组织及正常乳腺组织80例制作成组织芯片,运用免疫组化技术及分子原位杂交技术检测HPV感染及STAT3、SOCS3的表达情况。结果 STAT3在乳腺癌中高表达,癌旁组织及正常乳腺组织阳性率递减;SOCS3在乳腺癌中低表达,癌旁组织及正常乳腺组织阳性率递增。HPV16/18在乳腺癌中的阳性率为13.7%,与STAT3及SOCS3无相关性。结论 STAT3、SOCS3参与乳腺癌的发生发展过程,HPV感染不是乳腺癌发生发展的主要病因。%Objective To explore the relationship between infection of human HPV and expression of STAT3、SOCS3 in breast carcinoma. Methods Tissue chip technique and immunohistochemical staining method were used to examine infection of human HPV and expression of STAT3、SOCS3 in 80 cases of breast carcinoma tissues,in 80 cases of breast carcinoma adjacent tissues and in 80 cases of normal breast tissues during 2007~2010. Results The positive rates of STAT3 and SOCS3 in breast carcinoma were demonstrated significant difference compared with normal breast tissue. The positive rate of HPV16/18 in breast cancer was 13. 7%,which was not correlated with STAT3 and SOCS3. Conclusion The over-expression of STAT3 and the down-regulated expression of SOCS3 in breast carcinoma may play an important role in the carcinogen-esis and progression of breast carcinoma. Infection of human HPV is not the main factor of the carcinogenesis and progression of breast carcinoma.
