目的：评估掌侧结合背侧钢板内固定治疗复杂的 AO C3型桡骨远端粉碎性骨折的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2013年10月至2015年10月接受掌侧结合背侧钢板内固定的 AO C3型桡骨远端粉碎性骨折的患者48例，随访12个月。观察患者术后握力、腕关节活动度、影像学改变及术后并发症情况。结果术后3、6、9和12月患肢的握力逐渐改善，差异具有统计学水平（ P ﹤0.05）；术后腕关节活动度改善；术后与术前比较，影像学改变明显，差异具有统计学意义（ P ﹤0.05）；术后并发症发生率为6.25%。结论掌侧结合背侧钢板内固定对复杂的桡骨远端粉碎性骨折疗效良好，并发症发生率低，值得在临床中应用。%Objective To estimate the clinical efficacy on volar combined with dorsal plate internal fixation for complex comminuted distal radius fractures of type AO C3. Methods A retrospective analysis was developed in 48 cases patients of complex comminuted distal radius frac-tures who were received volar combined with dorsal plate internal fixation from October 2013 to October 2015 and follow - up of 12 months. Obser-vation indexes including:postoperative grip strength,wrist joint activity,iconography and ostoperative complications. Results The limb grip of 3 st,6 st,9 st and 12 st month after surgery gradually improved,and had a statistically significant difference( P ﹤ 0. 05). The wrist joint activity of postoperation improved. It was obviously changed to compare preoperative with postoperative,and had a statistically significant difference( P ﹤0. 05). The incidence of postoperative complications was 6. 25% . Conclusion The effect of volar combined with dorsal plate internal fixation for complex comminuted distal radius fractures was good,and the incidence of postoperative complications was lower. It is worth being used in clinical.
