间歇性热应激预处理对小鼠行为学的影响

             

摘要

Objective To explore the effect of preconditioning periodical heat stress on the behavior of mice. Methods Mice models of preconditioning periodical heat stress had been duplicated. The weight of mice had been registered at different time points. Step-through test was used to evaluate the ability of learning and memory at 0 h,6 h,12 h,24 h and 36 h. The tiltboard test was applied to evaluate the physical strength of mice after preconditioning heat stress. Results ① In camparison with control group,the weight of mice at HP 20 min,30 min was more lighter( P ﹤0. 05). The weight of HP 30 min group is more lighter than that of HP 20 min group( P ﹤0. 05). ②The step-through test indicated that HP 20 min and HP 30 min groups had more mistakes compared with those of control group while escape latency was shorter at 0 h and 6 h points( P ﹤0. 05). HP 20 min group has less mistakes and longer escape latency than those of control group and HP 30 min group at 24 h point( P ﹤0. 05). ③The tiltboard test indicated that the degrees of decline in HP 20 min and 30 min groups at the time points 0h and 6h were significantly higher compared with those of control group( P ﹤0. 05). While on the time of 24 h the degree of increase in HP 20 min group was higher( P ﹤0. 05). Conclusion There is significant damnification on the behavior of mice after preconditioning heat stress. While it can be im-proved in HP 20 min group at 24 h point.%目的:探讨间歇性热应激预处理对小鼠行为学的影响。方法复制小鼠间歇性热应激预处理模型,记录小鼠实验前后不同时间点的体重,用穿梭实验法,观察各组小鼠预处理后0h、6h、12h、24h、36h不同时间点学习记忆功能。采用斜板实验法监测小鼠在间歇性热应激预处理后各时间点的脑体功能。结果①与对照组相比,预处理20 min、30 min组小鼠体重明显减轻( P ﹤0.05)。与预处理20 min组相比,预处理30 min组体重明显减轻( P ﹤0.05)。②穿梭实验结果:与对照组相比,预处理20 min组、30 min组在0 h,6 h点错误次数增加明显,潜伏期显著缩短( P ﹤0.05)。间歇性热应激预处理20 min组小鼠在24 h点较对照组、30 min组,错误次数(M)明显减少,潜伏期(EL)明显延长( P ﹤0.05)。③斜板实验结果表明:与对照组相比,在0 h、6 h时间点,预处理20 min组、30 min组斜板角度显著降低( P ﹤0.05)。在24 h时间点,预处理20 min组斜板角度显著增高( P ﹤0.05)。结论间歇性热应激预处理对小鼠的学习记忆以及脑体功能在一定时间内造成明显损伤,但是预处理20 min组小鼠24 h的学习记忆以及脑体功能出现明显的提高。
