Objective To compare and analyze the clinical effect of modified latissimus dorsi flap breast reconstruction after modified radi-cal mastectomy and modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer. Methods The clinical data of 86 patients with breast cancer were collected and retrospectively analyzed. These data were collected in the period from November 2015 to November 2016. According to the time of admission,pa-tients in control group (n = 43)were treated with modified traditional radical operation. Patients in trial group (n = 43)were treated with modified latissimus dorsi flap. The duration for postoperative drainage and the course of adjuvant chemotherapy were compared between these two groups. The postoperative living satisfaction scores and quality of life scores were compared between these two groups. Results In experimental group,the duration of drainage and course of postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy were shorter than those of control group,but there was no statistical differ-ence between these two groups (P > 0. 05). The living satisfaction of patients in experimental group was significantly better than that of patients in control group at 1 month,3 months and 6 months after the operation (P 0.05).术后1个月、3个月、6个月实验组生活满意度评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05).经生活质量评估,实验组的社会功能和生理功能以及社会功能等多项生活质量指标评分均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 与传统改良根治术进行比较,对乳腺癌患者实施改良根治术后即刻背阔肌皮瓣乳房重建治疗可以获得更好的效果,在提高患者满意度以及生活质量方面具有肯定的效果.
