目的 探讨醒脑静注射液联合微创穿刺引流治疗中量高血压基底节区脑出血的临床疗效以及脑水肿与血清水通道蛋白4(AQP4)的变化.方法 选取2014~2016年收治的中量高血压基底节区脑出血患者50例,随机分为两组,观察组选择醒脑静注射液联合微创穿刺引流治疗,对照组选择常规保守治疗.对比观察两组临床疗效、脑水肿体积指标、神经功能缺损NIHSS评分和血清AQP4水平.结果 治疗14天后观察组治疗总有效率(92.0%)明显高于对照组(80.0%),差异有显著性(P<0.05).治疗后观察组NIHSS评分改善、脑水肿体积减小、血清AQP4降低明显优于对照组(P<0.05).结论 醒脑静注射液联合微创穿刺引流治疗中量高血压基底节区脑出血患者能够提高治疗有效性,缓解脑水肿症状同时降低血清AQP4水平,具有较高的临床价值.%Objective To explore the efficacy of Xingnaojing injection combined with drainage by minimally invasive puncture for treatment of patients with hypertensive basal ganglia hemorrhage and cerebral edema and the change in serum level of AQP4.Methods A total of 50 patients with hypertensive basal ganglia hemorrhage during 2014 to 2016 were randomly divided into two groups, observation group and control group, patients in observation group were applied with Xingnaojing injection and minimally invasive puncture for treatment, and patients in control group were applied with conventional conservative treatment.The clinical curative effect, volume index of cerebral edema, nerve function defect NIHSS scores and serum level of AQP4 were compared between these 2 groups.Results The efficacy at 14 days after treatment in patients of observation group was obviously higher than that of patients in control group (P<0.05).The NIHSS scores in patients of observation group were significantly improved after treatment, and the volume of cerebral edema had been reduced, and the decrease in serum level of AQP4 was more significant than that of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Xingnaojing injection and minimally invasive puncture drainage for treatment of patients with hypertensive basal hemorrhage in basal ganglia can enhance the effectiveness of treatment, alleviate symptoms of cerebral edema and decrease the serum level of AQP4, thus it has high clinical significance.
