高龄高血压患者外周血T细胞亚群与颈动脉内膜中层厚度的相关性

Objective To investigate the correlation between T lymphocyte subsets and carotid intima media thickness in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods From January 2016 to December 2016, 88 patients with hypertension were prospectively collected as an observation group while 50 healthy elderly people for physical examination were collected as a control group.The Th1, Th2, Th17, IL-10, IL-17, TNF-α, IFN-γ and carotid intima media thickness of the both groups were compared.Moreover, the correlation between carotid intima media thickness and T cell subsets in elderly patients with hypertension were analyzed as well.Results When compared with the control group, patients in the observation group got significantly higher levels of Th17 and Th1 (both P=0.000).There was no significantly difference between the two groups in Th2 (P=0.072).When compared with the control group, patients in the observation group got a decrease in IL-10 (P0.05).与对照组比较,观察组患者IL-10显著降低(P<0.05);IL-17、TNF-α、IFN-γ和颈动脉内膜中层厚度显著升高(P<0.05).Pearson线性相关性分析显示颈动脉内膜中层厚度与Th1、Th17、IL-17和IFN-γ呈显著正相关(P<0.05),与IL-10呈显著负相关(P<0.05).结论 高龄高血压患者外周血T细胞亚群平衡失调,表现为Th1和Th17升高,且与颈动脉内膜中层厚度相关.
