婴儿Airtraq喉镜气管插管时七氟醚吸入的半数肺泡气浓度

摘要

目的 计算出生3个月内的婴儿Airtraq喉镜气管插管时七氟醚吸入诱导的半数肺泡气浓度(MAC EI50).方法 新生儿23例(N组,＜1个月),出生1～3月的婴儿25例(Ⅰ组),均采用七氟醚吸入诱导行Airtraq喉镜气管插管,采用序贯法测定MAC EI50.结果 N组MAC EI50为4.12％,95％可信区间(CI)为3.94％～4.24％.Ⅰ组MAC EI50为4.07％,95％CI为3.74％～4.42％.结论 Airtraq喉镜用于新生儿和1～3个月婴儿气管插管时的MAC EI50分别为4.12％和4.07％.%Objective To evaluate the MAC EI50 of sevoflurane during Airtraq laryngoscopic intubation in children under 3 months old. Methods Twenty-three neonates and 25 infants under 3 months were allocated into Group N and Group L Intubation was completed by Airtraq laryngoscope under sevoflurane. The MAC EI50 of sevoflurane was administered by up-and-down method. Results The MAC EI50 was 4.12% in Group N and the 9S%CI was 3. 94%-4. 24%. MAC EI50 was 4.07% in Group I and the 95%CI was 3. 74%-4. 42%. Conclusion Airtraq laryngoscope can be applied to tracheal intubation in children and the MAC EI50 of sevoflurane was 4.12% in neonates and 4. 07% in infant under 3 month.
