The laryngoscope has a handle, a resuable or disposable blade and a mounting and dismounting unit for mounting and dismounting the blade on the handle. The unit is formed in cylindrical shape or other hollow geometric shapes for reducing diameter of an axis of the handle along a chord. An altered form of the axis of the handle is oriented such that the handle is inserted or released in a groove of the blade in a predetermined position.
