头穴丛刺配合康复治疗阴虚风动型脑梗死恢复期的临床观察

摘要

Objective: To study effects of cluster needling of scalp point combined with rehabilitation techniques on yin deficiency and wind acting type of convalescent cerebral infarction. Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a recovery group, observe therapeutic effects of different treatments, and adopt the functional recovery of the association fourth national cerebrovascular disease academic conference, passed by the clinical curative effect of evaluation standard and the revised Barthel index assessment method. ADL scale, TCD index evaluation and analysis by statistics ( P ＜ 0. 05 ). Results: The group of cluster needling of scalp point combined with rehabilitation techniques has better effects than that of recovery group. The cured and markedly effective rate was 60. 00％ ;the efficacy of treatment group was better than that of recovery group(P ＜0. 05 ). According to the revised Barthel inex assessment system and ICD index assessment, the treatment group was better than recovery group to some extent. Conclusion:Cluster needling of scalp point combined with rehabilitation treatment is an active and efficient way for treating yin deficiency and wind acting type of convalescent cerebral infarction.%目的:研究头穴丛刺配合康复治疗对阴虚风动型脑梗死恢复期患者功能的影响.方法:60例患者随机分为头穴丛刺结合康复治疗组及项针结合康复组,观察各种治疗方法对脑梗死恢复期的作用,并采用中华医学会第四届全国脑血管病学术会议通过的临床疗效评定标准、修订的Barthel指数(MBI)评价法、TCD指标评定各组患者治疗前后的功能并进行统计学分析(P<0.05).结果:头穴丛刺配合康复治疗能够提高阴虚风动型脑梗死恢复期患者的功能.愈显率60.00%,其疗效优于项针组(P<0.05).修订的Barthel指数(MBI)评价法评价及TCD指标评定等方面,头针组均不同程度优于项针组.结论:头穴丛刺配合康复治疗是一种积极有效的治疗阴虚风动型脑梗死恢复期的方法.
