Objective; To investigate the influence of needling Quchi point to brain blood stream dynamics of healthy youth. Methods: Randomly Picked 40 healthy volunteers, and needled Quchi point. Detect the MCA blood flow dynamics with TCD and record the results at five times: before the needle, after into the needle, line needle,withdraw the needle,and after the needle. Results;The Vs, Vd and Vm become significant faster than before the needle at the time of into the needle and line needle. But there is no significant change at withdraw the needle and after the needle time. There is no statistical significance on the change of PI. Conclusion; Needling quchi point is able to increase the brain blood stream and has no obvious residual effect.%目的:探讨针刺曲池穴对青年健康人大脑中动脉(MCA)血流动力学的影响.方法:选取青年健康志愿者40例,针刺被测者的双侧曲池穴,在针刺前、入针时、行针时、出针时、出针后分别应用经颅多普勒超声诊断仪(TCD)检测大脑中动脉(MCA)的血流动力学的变化,并记录TCD各参数变化情况.结果:针刺曲池穴,入针时和行针时收缩期血流速度(Vs)、舒张期血流速度(Vd)、平均血流速度(Vm)均较针刺前显著增快,但出针时、出针后血流速度无显著变化,搏动指数(PI)的变化总体上无统计学意义.结论:针刺曲池穴能增加大脑中动脉血流量,但其后遗效应不明显.
