针刺手法量学中时间、频率、方向与深度因素的研究进展

摘要

The effect of acupuncture is influenced by various factors in the acupuncture manipulation.Recent studies on acupuncture manipulation quantitative science have gradually deepen and have made significant pro-gress.However,there are still shortcomings, because some factors which play important roles in the efficacy of acupuncture have not been studied in depth, and therefore more scientific evaluation and mechanism of action of different operating practices and clinical effect in the correct understanding of the role and status of various fac-tors need to be studied in order to greatly improve the clinical efficacy of acupuncture,which can promote the standardization and modernization of acupuncture and moxibustion.%针刺疗效受到针刺手法中多种因素的影响，近年来人们对针刺手法量学的研究逐渐深化并取得了重大进步，但仍存在不足之处，某些在针刺疗效中起重要作用的影响因素还未被深入研究，因此更加科学化的评价及研究不同操作手法的作用机制及产生的临床效应，正确认识各个影响因素的作用及地位，将会大大提高临床疗效，推动针灸学走向标准化、规范化、现代化。
