历史街区的更新与保护是城市建设的重要内容,提高历史街区的可持续更新发展水平,是应对历史街区资源承载力和传承历史街区的文化价值的迫切需要.论文分析了历史街区面临的可持续更新和文化传承需求的问题;探索了历史街区可持续更新发展水平的评价方法,根据DPSIR模型确定了评价模型中各个子系统的因素指标,构建了历史街区可持续更新评价指标体系;以武汉市江岸区为例,利用熵权法确定了评价系统各指标的权重值,计算出各个子系统的评价指数和综合评价指数;结果表明从2006年到2014年武汉市江岸区历史街区可持续发展水平不断提高,验证了评价方法的合理性和可应用性.%The renewal and protection of historic district is the significant content of urban construction. With the growing pressure of the resources support capacity and the demanding cultural heritage of the historic district, the sustainable development level of the historic district needs to be enhanced immediately. The problems about sustainable renewal and cultural heritage which the historic district is faced with were analyzed. Besides, the evaluation method of the sustainable development level of the historic district was explored. Furthermore, based on the model of DPSIR, the factor index of each part of the model was confirmed and the evaluation index system for renewal of the historic was established. In the end, taking Jiang' an district as the case study, the index weight value of the evaluation system was confirmed through the application of entropy weight method. The evaluating indexes of subsystem and comprehensive evaluation index were calculated, which indicated that the sustainable development level of renewal of the historic blocks in Jiang ' an District has constantly improved a lot from 2006 to 2014 and verified the rationality and applicability of the evaluationproposed in this paper.
