中国航油津京航煤管道输量提升改造方案研究

         

摘要

中国航油津京输油管道设计年输量为325×104t,预计未来几年内其输送能力将趋于饱和.铺设新管线投资巨大,采取增设泵站、增加管道壁厚等方式,是提高管道年输量最经济的方式.通过对理论计算的摩阻损失和实际采集压力参数的对比和分析,得到了现阶段的管内壁粗糙度估值,找到了制约最大管输能力的瓶颈因素.考虑管道系统实际情况,在现有泵及管材型号的基础上,制定了最大年输量提升至375×104t、400×104t及450×104t时,不同腐蚀程度情况下的升级改造方案,并分别进行了技术经济计算.方案具有较强的可行性,实现以较低的成本完成大幅提高管输能力的目标,可以为管道未来升级改造进行技术储备.%The annual throughput of Tianjin-Beijing Pipeline of China National Aviation Fuel(CNAF)is 3.25 million tons and it will be fulfilled in the next several years as expected. Compared with the huge investment of laying a new pipeline, it is a more economical way to increase maximum transmission capacity by building additional pump station(s) and increasing the pipeline's wall thickness. Operation condition of the pipeline was surveyed and comparison was made between data on SCADA system and theoretical calculation results. Reasonable process parameters and were found and also the bottleneck factor to maximum transmission capacity. Based on the existing equipments and the pipeline status, Rehabilitation schemes of increasing annual throughput to 3.75, 4 and 4,5 million tons were worked out, considered of different corrosion conditions. Technical and economic analysis was made at the same time. These schemes have strong possibilities, with which targets can be achieved at a lower cost. They can be regarded as a technical reserve when future upgrade or rehabilitation to the pipeline is made.
