论旅游专业课程教学中学生导游技能的培养——以云南省某高校为例

摘要

Have an important and far -reaching impact of tourism specialty course teaching to culti-vate students ' skill and improve , to lay a solid foundation for students to engage in the job .But the exist-ence of professional courses are not closely related , professional teachers ' practical ability is not strong , lack of investment in teaching skill training in teaching , a single evaluation method , students do not know the place , the problem consciousness of the poor .In this paper , strengthening communication and coopera-tion among the courses to strengthen the teachers troop construction , establishment of school enterprise co-operation mechanism , establish effective appraisal system , correct the students ' ideological understand-ing, improve the consciousness and initiative of learning , in order to provide training course teaching of Tourism Major Students ' skill .%旅游专业课程教学对学生导游技能的培养和提升有着重要作用和深远影响, 为学生从事导游工作奠定坚实的基础. 但在教学中存在专业课程联系不紧密、 专业教师实践能力不强、 技能训练教学环节投入不足, 评价方法单一、 学生认识不到位, 自觉性较差等问题. 为此提出加强课程间的联系与合作、 加强师资队伍建设、 建立校企联合机制, 构建有效的考核评价体系、 端正学生思想认识, 提高学习的自觉性和主动性等对策, 以期为旅游专业课程教学中学生导游技能的培养提供参考.
