Fifth Asian Food Study Conference on 16 -18 October 2015 was held in the holy city of Qufu, Shandong Province , China.The conference brought together more than one hundred scholars of 16 countries and regions, who are from history, anthropology, sociology, agriculture, ethnology, folklore, e-conomics , food science and other areas .138 papers were submitted .They discussed in depth on dietary rituals, minorities and indigenous dietary etiquette and culture , tea ceremony, food cultural exchange , In-tangible cultural Heritage on food things and the inheritance and protection of Food Things at the Mansion of Duke Yansheng in Qufu , dietary education and contemporary table manners , Construction on Foodology and other issues .The theme of this conference highlighted , and achieved fruitful results .%第五届亚洲食学论坛于2015年10月16日—18日在中国圣城山东曲阜隆重召开. 本届论坛汇集了来自历史学、 人类学、 社会学、 农学、 民族学、 民俗学、 经济学、 食品科学等领域的十六个国家和地区的一百多位学者, 共提交了138篇论文, 就食礼、 少数民族与原住民饮食礼仪与文化、 茶礼、 饮食文化交流、 食事类非物质文化遗产与衍圣公府食事的传承与保护、 饮食教育与当代餐桌礼仪、 食学学科建构等议题进行了深入讨论, 主题突出, 成果丰硕.
