不完全信息下生鲜农产品供应链协调的剩余补贴契约研究

         

摘要

针对生鲜农产品的季节性、易变质特点,在由单个生产商和单个经销商组成的两级生鲜农产品供应链中,研究了供应链协调的剩余补贴契约。首先在需求具有季节性且服从正态分布的情形下,建立了VMI模式下的剩余补贴契约模型,讨论该契约如何实现供应链的协调;然后在考虑生鲜农产品易变质率的情形下,引入双边拍卖机制,研究供应链中买卖双方没有共享全部信息的定价问题。研究表明:生鲜农产品的易变质率会影响双方交易价格的确定,易变质率越高,批发价越低,且批发价下降的速度越来越快;另外,易变质率与经销商提供的单位补贴呈正向关系,易变质率越高,单位补贴也就越高。所以,生鲜农产品的易变质率会影响剩余补贴契约对供应链的协调。%According to seasonal,perishable characteristics of fresh agricultural products,this paper studies the remaining subsidies contract of supply chain coordination contract in a fresh agricultural products supply chain,which consists of a single manufacturer and a single distributor.Firstly,when the demand is seasonal and obeys normal distribution,we discuss how to coordinate the supply chain coordination with surplus subsidy contract model under a VMI mode.Then considering the perishable rate of fresh agricultural products,bilateral auction mechanism was introduced to study the pricing is-sues when there is asymmetric information between buyers and sellers in the supply chain.Research shows that incomplete information perishable rate of fresh agricultural products will affect the determi-nation of the transaction price,the greater the rate of being perishable,wholesale price is lower,and the wholesale price fall faster and faster.In addition,perishable rate and unit subsidy was positively associated with dealers,perishable rate,the greater the unit subsidy.So,perishable rates of fresh ag-ricultural products can affect surplus subsidy contract of supply chain coordination.Finally the result is illustrated with an example.
