Since the 19th century,the belief problem has caught much attention of the philosophers of logic and philosophers of mind.Bertrand Russell carried on a systematic analysis on the structure of beliefs and formed his unique conception of the structure of beliefs by illustrating the two basic ele-ments of a belief—the content of the belief and the belief-feeling.%自20世纪以来，信念问题一直深受逻辑哲学家和心灵哲学家的关注。罗素通过对信念结构进行系统分析，阐释了信念的两个基本元素：信念的内容和信念感，从而形成其独特的信念结构观。
